As a Consultant-in-Training (CIT), I provide individual EMDR consultation for therapists at all stages of their EMDR journey. Whether you are new to EMDR, seeking to refine your skills, or working toward certification, individualized consultation offers a supportive space to deepen your understanding of the model and strengthen your clinical application. These one-on-one sessions allow for tailored feedback, case discussion, and skill development to ensure that you are providing effective EMDR therapy in alignment with EMDRIA standards. If you are completing an EMDRIA-approved Basic Training, these sessions can count toward the 10 consultation hours required to fulfill training requirements.

For clinicians who have completed an EMDRIA-approved Basic Training program and need to fulfill the required 10 hours of consultation, I offer group consultation sessions to support your learning and integration of EMDR therapy. These groups provide an opportunity to review cases, discuss challenges, and enhance your skills in a collaborative environment. Group consultation allows you to gain insights from both peers and a consultant, helping you build confidence and competence as an EMDR therapist. Participation in these groups will count toward the consultation requirements necessary to complete Basic Training and ensure that you are prepared to integrate EMDR effectively into your clinical practice.

If you have completed Basic Training and are working toward becoming a Certified EMDR Therapist through EMDRIA, I offer group consultation designed to help you fulfill the 20-hour consultation requirement. EMDRIA certification requires 20 total consultation hours, with at least 10 completed individually and the remaining 10 eligible to be completed in a group setting. My group consultation sessions provide a structured yet supportive environment where you can deepen your case conceptualization, refine EMDR skills, and learn from other practitioners. These sessions ensure that you are developing the competency and confidence needed to meet the highest EMDR therapy standards and achieve certification.
